What this is
Vibistic Passport (passport.vibistic.com) is an independent information service. It summarizes published official passport guidance from government sources into a checklist format. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of any government or passport authority, and it is not legal advice or a substitute for it — it passes on publicly available information without adding legal interpretation or recommendation.
Accuracy
Checklist content is drawn from official government sources — each checklist page shows an attribution banner near the top for its criteria content. Passport requirements, fees, and processing times change, and this site's copy of that information can lag behind the real source. Currently supported checklists cover only the online application route for each service — where a paper-form alternative exists, the checklist says so, though that mention is descriptive text rather than a clickable link. Where a step includes a direct link to the relevant government page or service, it's included — not every step needs one. Always confirm current requirements on the official government site before you rely on anything here, especially before submitting an application.

This site is for personal, informational use in preparing your own passport application. Don't scrape, automate requests against, or attempt to circumvent rate limits on this site — the public API, the search homepage, the country/service checklist page, and the most-requested-countries page are rate-limited, and abusive traffic may be blocked.

Government-sourced content on this site is used under the Open Government Licence v3.0 — see each checklist page for the exact attribution for what you're viewing. Vibistic Passport's own compilation, formatting, and checklist structure are not government content and aren't covered by that licence.
Third-party links
Where a checklist step includes a direct action (like applying online or paying a fee), it links to the official government site for it. Vibistic Passport isn't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those external sites once you leave.

Countries and services covered by this site can be added, changed, or removed. These terms may also be updated to reflect how the site actually operates; the "Last updated" date above always reflects the current, real practice.
